Planning, budgeting, and forecasting of specific projects, including:
  • The project for a new DCSX website
  • A digitized data and file management system
  • The CW ISIN application portal


Team Planning

Company: KPMG Dutch Caribbean and Suriname 

Setting up and daily review of the team planning:
  • Monitor the actual hours reported
  • Monitor the productivity of the team
  • This work was performed for:

Each engagement (assignment) had a specific deadline, which required:
