About the Founder
ARIDAN, as a sole proprietorship, was founded in 2023 by Nadira Martina.
Nadira has over 15 years of extensive professional experience based on her roles as External Auditor and GRC Advisor at KPMG Dutch Caribbean & Suriname as well as serving as an Operations Officer & Project Coordinator at the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange.
Specializing in optimizing business operations, Nadira offers expertise in key areas such as digital transformation, compliance, risk management, content creation, online marketing, and administrative management.
By harnessing her wealth of skills and qualifications, she delivers high-caliber services aimed at enhancing client success and fostering sustained growth.
Nadira holds a master’s degree in Accounting & Assurance from the University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez (UoC) & the Inter-Continental University of the Caribbean. Additionally, she is a Registered Open-Source Intelligence Analyst®, certified since 2022.
